during all reasonable hours until 17 November 2023 and online. The submitted documentation can be found under case reference CAS-01859-K1M7Y6.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application must write to the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 17 November 2023. All representations received will be published online as soon as the deadline has passed.
