Dragon LNG invites the local community to comment on its plans for up to three wind turbines, to be situated in line with the existing Wear Point Wind Farm. The first round of community consultation events will be held on 11-12 May 2022. A walk-in public exhibition will be held on Wednesday 11th May, 4 – 7.30pm at Newton Hall, Main Road in Waterston, where initial project information will be displayed. Members of the project team will be on hand to discuss the proposals and answer questions. In order to reach as many members of the local community as possible, and mindful of ongoing Covid-19 concerns, an online event will be held on Thursday 12th May from 5.30-6.30pm.
